We currently have a vacancy for a Spa Therapist
We’re currently looking for a Spa Therapist (part-time) to join our team, reporting to our Spa and Training Manager. The main aim of the role is to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction through high utilisation of high value spa service, spa retail and repeat visits across our Cupcake Spa offering.
Spa Therapists
Your core accountabilities as a Spa Therapist include the following:
• To deliver excellent spa treatments on time and to high levels of customer satisfaction
• To create a demand for spa retail across Cupcake
• To manage spa bookings within the Cupcake booking system linked to crèche time
• To identify ways to fill non crèche time slots
• Reception duties
To be a successful Spa Therapist you possess the following key skills:
• You love working with mums and mums-to-be
• You have previous spa therapy experience
• You are punctual, good at managing your time and keeping to deadlines
• You are highly organised and can deal with sudden changes, working quickly and accurately
• You take initiative to support others with their workload
